Studies have shown that when smoking an entire cigarette there is approximately 10 mouth fulls in one cigarette. 1 iCIG cartridge contains 400 mouth fulls.

Comparatively, one ICIG cartridge will last the equivalent of approximately: 1-1/2 to 2 packs of traditional tobacco cigarettes. Results will vary depending on the intensity of a person's average inhalation.

A standard cigarette contains 5 mg of nicotine and when smoked you ingest 1.2 mg. iCIG contains 11 mg for high and 9 mg for medium and 4 mg for low. One iCIG cartridge is equivalent to 40 conventional cigarettes, so you are ingesting 0.27 mg per cigarette (less than a quarter of a conventional cigarette).

As you know nicotine is addictive, along with many other common stimulants such as caffeine. iCIG contains none of the deadly carcinogens and tar found in conventional cigarettes, and other than Nicotine it only contains water.
