iCIG starter kits come with a buyer satisfaction guarantee. This means up to 30 days from your purchase you can return your iCIG starter kit plus any un used cartridges for any reason. When the product is received you will be refunded (minus shipping cost and used cartridge cost). iCIG products are also covered by a 90 day manufacturer warranty. For iCIG to honor the 90 day warranty you must mail the completed warranty card in a self stamped envelope within 7 business days. The warranty card can be found in your iCIG starter kit. When the defective product is received it will be inspected to determine weather or not the product failure is a result of user miss use, such as water damage or impact. Water damage and damages caused be by a drop against a had surface as well as bent or broken iCIG’s will not be covered by the 30 day buyer satisfaction guarantee or the 90 day manufacturer warranty.
